Gleeson Land is currently developing proposals to deliver up to 100 new homes with public open space on land north of Alton Lane, Four Marks, with a view to submitting an outline planning application for the principle of the development. The proposal would assist in addressing the current housing need in East Hampshire District, aiming to deliver a range of high-quality new homes for a range of people.

Ahead of submitting an outline planning application later this year, we are holding a consultation period to understand the views of key stakeholders and the local community so that they can be considered and, where appropriate, incorporated into the proposals.
